[Digital Ocean] Phpmyadmin login with https is failing

Hi friends,

When I try to login in phpmyadmin with https de post request of the login fails and when I put "http" on the url goes well, what can I do to solve it?

I have the same error, when I compelte the login I am being redirected to port :80 in URL http and is having an error.
