Deploying laravael beside already existing php
Is it possible to deploy a laravel backend on a windows server using wamp that already has some backend written in pure php? Note: there is no domain just ip address. If possible, any guide?

Is whatever communicating with backend written in pure php? Laravel is a php framework. Not sure what your total setup is or exactly what you are after.
