Connection Refused Issue--Laravel 5.2 with redis and socket.io

Hello Folks ! I am trying to use Redis for broadcasting. It does work for local host, but I am having trouble with Connection refused [tcp://{HOSTING_IP here}:6379] I have shared hosting and I have enabled redis extension in cpanel also. regards
