Combine external javascript into one with webpack

Hi All,

When testing one of my sites with Google PageSpeed I came across such request.

Make fewer HTTP requests This page has 11 external Javascript scripts. Try combining them into one. This page has 4 external stylesheets. Try combining them into one.

Seems like a straight forward one, but how can you do this? Can webpack combine external libraries or should I download respective files and add the to the mix?
