@Alercard Please try to form your question as a complete sentence. As it stands, I have no idea what you’re asking.

Greetings @martinbean, I want to know if exists an erp package that I can use in a system information like OPEN BRAVO or ODOO

Alercard's avatar

Sorry @martinbean but I just want an answer! not another question! I am looking this for laravel!

@Alercard, I'm not sure why the other two are being dicks... I've not seen a completed laravel erp solution yet. There are some started on github, but none that I've seen complete.

Being dicks... Woow

I was just doing a suggestion, if you really need something you create it ;) That's how life works

Thanks! I searched this by packgist but I only find incomplete packages and they dont have a demo because test it take time and I dont have it! I actually develop a system information but I didnt want to reinvent the wheel! Anyway! Someone must to do it!

I have been looking for a laravel solution too but basically came up. I spent about 2 hours googling stuff.

@codeeatbusiness suggested package did not seem complete or more than just some user information so I didn't bother to download and install.

This package is sort of 50% done. https://bitbucket.org/e-zrra/erp/src

However, it seems to be specialized rather than a generic sugarcrm type of application. It does look good and does to some extent.

I found this also: http://www.orocrm.com/ However, it is a symfony install and I couldn't download the crm package since it is giving me errors. Bad install??? I am not a symfony user so I have no clue why it is broken.

What type of functionality are you looking for?

thanks @andy. Actually I looking for books, inventory, POS, banks, accounts receivable and debts to pay. These are "the basic" I will check that you mention! thanks!

@dberry Excuse me? The OP asked a poorly-worded question then gave a flippant, “I wanted an answer not another question” response and you think I was the one that was being a “dick” as you put it so eloquent (no pun intended)?

Besides, I’m not the one with a woody in their avatar ;)

@martinbean, you're excused... it was just poor english... All the he/she did was ask "hey does anyone know of an ERP package based on Laravel" Even with the bad english, I think that was a pretty clear question that anyone who took a second to read it and had any comprehension skills whatsoever could figure out. Not everyone speaks english as a first or even second language.

@pmall, you're right, I get sometimes just doing it yourself is what you have to do, but before you venture down the road of re-creating the wheel, especially when it comes to something like an ERP, there is no hurt in asking the community if there is a package out there already. It's not like he said "Hey this is what I need, will you code it for me".

I think maybe the issue is that some of us here might not know (or forgotten) what ERP usually stands for. Though I agree that if you know what ERP is, the question asked is actually very straight forward.

@pmall - you're too well known and present in so many threads and that's why dberry mention you accidentally instead of blackbird. at least that's my guess on this ;)

as far for the english language and to phrase something in english, please bear in mind:
english is not the mother language of each one here in the forum
even if someone learned english, that doesn't mean he knows the language perfectly

so be patient and treat all participants of this forum with all necessary respect - at least, as long he/she follows the Netiquette.

Amen ;)

@frezno

Thanks everybody! I will continue to the development of the ERP system because the options that I get here aren't complete! A friend talk me about OpenBravo system but It don't have the interaction that I want!

@Alercard You should have look at erpnext - its got a much cleaner and modern interface. Good luck

I am also looking for a laravel based ERP. It's a huge undertaking to start one alone.

Of the open source ERP's out there Odoo looks the most feature rich (but has a bad wrap for its code and scale-ability) and ERPNext does look more modern... but they are both Python.

I have experience with some non-open source ERP's like NetSuite. There's got to be some of you Dev's out there with experience with these systems with some suggestions of foundations of one for laravel.
