@sanjay1688 If you’re facing the “Mcrypt extension required” issue, doesn’t that suggest you need to install Mcrypt? Which should be your next query in Google if you don’t know how to do so.
Or, as @Piso says, you can just use Homestead which has everything installed to run Laravel applications locally.
