I think this is an issue with csrf tokens. Did you do a hard reload of the site?

Hello guys, I just updated my wamp and php version into newer version. My project was working before but when I tried it in the new wamp I cannot register or Login and there's an error.
The page has expired due to inactivity.
Please refresh and try again.
Any idea what happened?

Make sure that you have used csrf.
Then run the following command.
php artisan cache:clear
