VueJS doesn't require NodeJS...
If you need to use vueJS, you can easily use that on cPanel.

Is there necessary nodejs install on share hosting cpanal vuejs laravel implementation. whats are the ways to implement vuejs laravel on sharing hosting with cpanel

Agree but i have used laravel mix too .. so please guide or suggest me need nodejs on cpanel of share hosting ... thanks for response @tisuchi

Well, its true that laravel mix generate nodeJS in your project, but if you are not using nodeJS, you shouldn't care about it.
Just host your project in cpanel as usual. It should work fine.
