File_put_content error

i am trying to upload audio file , yesterday it worked but after some time it started saying, [15:04:38] LOG.error: file_put_contents(D:\2022 Projects\stfrancis\admin\storage\app/public\audio/2022-06-02-6298d1863de56.): failed to open stream: Permission denied {"exception":{}}

i dont know what i did wrong yet i didnt change the code.
