Hello guys, I have just started to learn Backend. But I'm struggling real hard to get to know php/ laravel. Please suggest me any beginner friendly book or channel or anything. Keep in mind i don't have any background in php/ laravel or backend programming.

Laracasts is the place where you are, the monthly rate is reasonable and it's the de-facto Laravel community. You may find nice resources and Laravel.com documentation contains now two follow-through tutorials, basic and intermediate, to build Laravel/PHP applications.

@dckerson It would be helpful to learn some PHP before delving into a PHP-based framework. There’s no point trying to work with a framework if you don’t know the syntax of the language it’s written in.
