It's important not to mix (personal) opinion and fact.
- How many jobs and manufacturing opportunities have been shipped to countries like China and India thanks to the unfair low rates?
- What is the economic growth outcome of those countries?
- Is it fair that people who have higher living cost lose their jobs/incomes because people who have lower living cost can offer better prices?

My house in Abilene TX is worth about 80,000. Same home in California would probably be 400,000. So if I lived in California I would hope I made more money than Abilene Texas. Some people don't understand the cost of living differential.

@willvincent that's the point I was trying to make, that fairness is not relevant when dealing with facts.Fairness is just something made up by humans.
