I don't think there is one for ecommerce specifically, though some have plugins/packages.

@ryan_angelo is it feasible to built your own? Laravel is all about RAD, as noted above, you can combine different packages and build something amazing in a very short period of time.

You can use a package like amsgames/laravel-shop or something related to e-commerce.. I did the same for one of my clients. But atm i´m working on my own package..

There is not a full fledged E-commerce like Magento built with Laravel. There is however a few CMS's built off laravel. Keep in mind though like October CMS, many are not full Laravel, Honestly October uses Eloquent and a few other parts of Laravel but that is it. You can't just start trying to extend it using laravel helpers etc... Most of the CMS's I have looked at are that way built off of Laravel.

I understand the insanely rapid development of business, so easier to talk about then implement, but if your company has devs it might be more profitable in the long run to put together your own application then you can easily tweak it for each requirement. As a Freelancer/Contract dev I have lots of code snippets and packages I can copy and paste in like Blog, Social Media register/login, dynamic CMS style of menus and pages etc.... I wrote them once and update as necessary as I go and the time and energy upfront has paid for it's self three times over. Blog, Events, basic authentication (no social media), roles and permissions, couple dynamic pages - instead of a few weeks, few days and off to the designer.

Ssh is about as secure as you can get. A person would have to have their private ssh key on the server to access when compared the their public key. Not something, in theory, that can be hacked.

Only way I know is to only allow certain keys specific access.

Try with S-Cart ecommerce. Link https://s-cart.org/en/about.html

It is a free ecommerce website with full API and plugin support. It is also possible to turn off the e-commerce function to make a news website for businesses.

All installation, updating, and patching work can be done using the command line.
