Hello, I woke up this morning and our site was down. I tried to SSH into our forge server and got the error
ssh_exchange_identification: read: Connection reset by peer
I went to the forge login site and restarted our server. IThe connection now shows as 'Failed'.
Apparently I need to access my /home/forge/.ssh/authorized_keys file and the /root/.ssh/authorized_keys file on my server.
However, how am I supposed to access them when I can't SSH into the server?!
I also noticed that my SSH key is now missing from 'Server > SSH Keys >Active Keys.
Tried recreating the key and got the error:

Im starting to panic now so any help would be greatly appreciated

Where is the server provisioned? Sound like you may have been hacked or a security update did an overwrite to files that should not have been modified.
Most providers have an access console that is independent of Forge so that is where you will have to correct it. However, in most situations, it is easier to get in and dump the DB and provision, setup a new server in much less time than troubleshooting.
