It seems development has been abandoned on Envoyer and the lack of activity here confirms this. That's sad because Forge still can't completely replace it!

Envoyer and Database
Is Envoyer able to deploy changes to the database as well? I have not found anything about it yet. The website and the Laracast here are mute about it too.
Is Envoyer still being developed and getting new features and updates or basically dead?

Have a look at using the post-deployment hooks to run artisan commands to do your migrations.

What makes you think Envoyer is dead? Jeffrey sure doesn't run it, Taylor has obviously been busy working on other Laravel things - I'm sure he's devoting the time to where it is needed and decided Envoyer is not where the time is needed. You don't see a lot of people commenting here about it since frankly all we can do is guess.

No trace of any new features in the internet of it since its been launched some years ago. Also no announcements or feature descriptions on the website itself. Clearly this one is not actively developed anymore.
