PDOException 'max_user_connections'

I receive randomly this exception

PDOException: SQLSTATE[HY000] [1203] User 'username' already has more than 'max_user_connections' active connections in ... vendor/laravel/framework/src/Illuminate/Database/Connectors/Connector.php:68

I've this problem on hosting online (Linux + Php 7), locally is all ok?

Any solution or idea? Thanks
