Why has Laracasts banned Iran from using this website?

Why has Laracasts banned Iran from using this website? Programming means unlimited access to information, and one of the great programmers' actions has been to create open source projects that all people around the world can use. Unfortunately, due to the wrong policies of the government, Iranians does not have access to very popular services such as Google, Facebook, Twitter, Google, PayPal and all international payments

and hundreds of other services.

Thanks to this site that makes the conditions more difficult for Iranian programmers

@Sinnbeck I think we are the only people in the world We are filtered from inside the country and boycotted from outside the country... In any case, this site can work properly, but with the follow-ups I did, it does not do the slightest thing, thank you.
