The error is too many requests. You need to slow down, you cannot download all the videos at once, let the first once you clicked finish and then continue.

please I am having issue downloading series from laracast
I am receiving an error 429

since yesterday i still cant download

well, there is a rate limiting, I don't know what is the accepted criteria by Laracasts. You probably tried to download too many videos. And of course that does not make sense for a service like this.
it might enable you to download in a day or two, or maybe next month :)
