Maybe you are sending emails on a queue but the queue isn't running?

Mail are not sent
Hello. Don't know where to start since this is not my area, but i'm hoping to solve this problem. Got some help to set up a booking site with Laravel booking and Voyager as a admin panel so you can see all the bookings. Been running this website for several years and everything has worked well. The customers book their appointment. An email is automatically sent both to the customer and to our email for a confirmation with date and time (the mail is identical)
A couple weeks ago i decided to switch hosting provider. Moving the website and database went fine. Had to make some changes to the database since it got a new name. Changes was also made in the script that sends mail since we got a new webmail to use.
Well everything works just fine except one thing. The customers book their appointment and recieves a mail, but the mail are never sent to our mail-address. So what have i missed? Guess it has to do with the database, but what? And where?
Nothing is changed except provider and i have no clue where i should look.

@Sinnbeck To be honest, i have no idea and i don't even know how to look that up :) The mail is working. I can sedn a regular mail to the websites address.

@Apexi for now you can try setting the queue to sync
QUEUE_CONNECTION=sync
But I suggest you check the docs

@Sinnbeck Thanks, did not even have a clue about this. But before i read a manual with NASA "how to build a rocket", do you have a shorter guide? :D Tried with SSH but i gave me -Could not open input file: artisan

@Apexi yeah as I said you should start by updating your env file. If that fixes the problem, come back and we can talk about the rest :)

@Sinnbeck The .env file is updated from day 1 after the move so that part is ok. EDIT: The "booker" did not recieve any mail before the .env file was updated. After the update the booker recieve the mail but still not our mail.

@Apexi ok so it's set to sync now? Try checking the email logs to see if the mail is trying to be sent. They might fail silently. It could be a problem with spf or similar

@Sinnbeck i'm not trying to give you a hard time here and i really appreciate your help. But as i said before. sync gave me -Could not open input file: artisan.
There's no E-mail logs at the hosting provider we're using.

@Apexi no worries. I get that it's hard. Just trying to check one thing at a time to not overwhelm you. The sync thing is this
Open the file called .env on the server and ensure the queue connection is like this.
QUEUE_CONNECTION=sync
If you get any artisan errors, I need to know what you do when it happens :)

@Sinnbeck This is about where my knowledge ends :D I have a connection to SSH and if I open the file in the terminal, I only get the text that's in the .env file

@Sinnbeck Maybe I explained myself poorly. If I open the file in SSH, I only get the same information as if I opened the file in Notepad++
Oh sorry about that. Never been a fan of terminals so i always use Notepad++ when doing php/html :) But yes, i have a line that says QUEUE_CONNECTION=sync

@Sinnbeck That's correct sir. I did the work with the site while another guy did the booking system and now i can't reach him :/ Trying to figure out to fix this. Voyager still gets all the bookings, just the mail that's missing
