Pass custom values from Nova filter to Resource controller

Hello everyone! I've have a table with many columns (more than 40). I want to make custom filter, to hide hide columns. In nova-filter I'm try to pass new values to $resource, but in Resource index page i don't see this values. Help please, how can i pass custom values to resource controller from Nova filter? Or maybe I must use another tool to do this.
