Nova's CustomCreateHeader.vue

I am trying to create a Resource Tool that can display in a create form.

It looks like this is not doable in default Nova.

Somehow I noticed that the "CreateForm.vue" includes "custom-create-header" tag . I would like to know what is the proper way to override this CustomCreateHeaerder.vue so that I can put anything in there as needed.
