Is it possible to use a laravel nova package (menubuilder) in a fresh (non-nova) laravel application?
You would need to extract the code to your own package and implement it yourself. It checks if you have nova install, upon installation (and will try to install it): https://github.com/optimistdigital/nova-menu-builder/blob/master/composer.json#L34
