Nova Not Defined- Nova 4

I'm getting a Nova not defined reference error on the frontend after installing laravel nova 4.(upgrading from 3.)

I've cleared the cache, republished nova assets still not working.

Any ideas as to what the problem may be? I'm using Vue 2 in the app, could that be conflicting with Nova Vue 3?
