You could probably also add a custom button that returns the natural order or the order you want.

Nova - clear sorting
Maybe I am missing something obvious, but is there a way to make it possible to clear the sorting after it has been set? Clicking on the column name multiple times just flips the sorting.

Sadly it only seems to be able to change the sorting not clear it. I have opened a ticket on the issue tracker. Thanks for the effort @jlrdw
