I used Valet with Laravel Nova on the daily basis and haven't seen such issue.
- MacOs Big Sur
- Latest Laravel Valet
- Laravel Nova 3
- PHP 7.4 (sometimes PHP 8.0)

laravel nova problem with Valet
i noticed that with laravel nova i don't want the php artisan anymore i need if i uninstall valet this returns to work why this conflict?
