Yes, this is a known issue in Nova. We used CSS to hide the extra empty row.
Hacky, but works ¯_(ツ)_/¯

laravel nova policy issue
hey guys i have a problem that when i dont give permission to add or delete a resource and only edit and view the resource index has one extra empty row , the one that used to be checkbox and that fucked up the design any solutions ?
