Laravel Nova Files Not Uploading Not in Payload

This has to be the weirdest issue. Locally adding images or files to nova works.

But when I am on the development server the images are not passed in the form. No errors. No logs.

I have checked php requirements, reinstalled vendor and node. Reran migrations. Everything.

I just don't know what to try next?

Again Nothing in payload it should show the image coming from the form, saves fine local.
