Have you used Nova?

I'm making an app that will be internal to my company, and is mostly for collecting, processing, and reporting business data. Development is not my main thing anymore, and I'd like to simplify and expedite the build as much as I can, and very willing to pay for some packages that do things that I don't need to create myself. So, I was thinking of getting Nova and curious if you've used it and found it helpful. Anything else I should consider?
