BelongsToMany on Create

I know there are other discussions about this but for me as a Nova newbie I wonder if there are any updates to this so I am starting a new discussion for new insight to hopefully other members. Sorry for the repeat but...

I have (3) tables (clients, facilities, client_facility) working correctly relationship-wise.

When I add a Facility, I want to be able to also choose a Client thereby saving me a step. I can get the field added to my detail page but with no dropdown/Client entries.

"Gotta have it" functionality!
