ActionEvent resource suddenly appearing in Nova

While restructuring my Nova app the other day (moving models and resources to subfolders), I suddenly had the action log start showing up in my sidebar:

I tried finding info on if this was something new (I had run composer update earlier in the day, the Nova changelogs don't show anything) or if I somehow enabled it unintentionally. Although I do like viewing the log, it would be nice to know how it got there and if I can group it under my "Admin" section as seen in the screenshot.

Any insight would be appreciated.

Edit: to clarify, the path is /resources/action-events (e.g. https://example.com/nova/resources/action-events) and I can navigate there on my live project, although it does not appear in the sidebar
