Simple smart lists

Hello everyone, I want to create a smart list for my tasks.For example, I select some criteria and when I access that list, will gave me all tasks filtered by that criteria.I have a hard time trying to figure it out how to make it. I 've made the migration, controller, service and model for the smart list, but I do not know how to start it, must be a relationship between smart list and task.
