Lumen safety

I am new in laravel and lumen. I use lumen at my subdomain for api programming. I put all files in same folder. Like this http://s32.postimg.org/np4un60jp/Untitled.png

is this safe? and how to make lumen safe?

I working for client he give me permission to use only subdomain folder. Any solution for this problem ?
