Guzzle request auto change | to %7c

Hi , everyone I am not sure what i did cause current issue Yesterday , when i use guzzle pass data like 22|22 to unit test , Error message show me the url has been revised to 22%7c22, it did not happen before Question is how can i keep the | in my query data?
