I am disappointed with the quality of Livewire 3 - it's still a beta version quality

Perhaps the author really wanted to put it out of beta or he was pressed, but it's definitely still a beta version product. I am encountering problems with Livewire 3.

What is your experience so far?

In comparison with Liveview - which is still in beta (currently 0.19.5) the quality of Livewire is bad. Liveview is flawless and rock solid despite being in beta. The only advantage of Livewire is the Laravel ecosystem, technologically it's a disappointment.

It seems like you're experiencing issues with Laravel Livewire 3. While it may not be as stable as desired, its integration with Laravel's ecosystem remains an advantage. Comparatively, Phoenix LiveView appears to be more reliable despite still being in beta.

I encountered a few bugs and quirks, but nothing too big. Once I get it to work, it’s pretty stable.

To be honest, I’m still regularly amazed by the amount of creativity and hard work that is just shared for free in the open source world. There is no similar generosity in any other sector I know of.

It’s everyone’s own responsibility what they include in their project and what not. I never just trust a package blindly, you test it and then decide if it helps you or not. Livewire is a huge help for me, so I’m happy to find the quirks and try to help iron them out.

I would also understand if you don’t want to deal with that. In that case, don’t jump on every shiny new thing, even if it’s marked as stable. Give it a few months, see what the general feedback is, and then go for it. If you want to be on top of the latest trends, you’ll have to accept and embrace the uncertainty that comes with that.

Post what you're having issues with. I doubt it's anything that's not solvable.
