How can I change code editor color in PHPSTORM

Check your Settings menu in File menu and then the Appearance tab there

you can change the theme of PHP Storm I Recommend the theme also

Material Theme UI the theme i use it look good and it adds a New Font Style

to the Editor so that the code also look good

In material theme, there is a row of icons across the top of the screen. Click the one on the far right. It lets you select different variants of the theme. It sounds like you are using the "lighter" theme as that one has a white sidebar and the others don't.

Try installing a plugin called Color Ide

@Cronix yes, I am using lighter theme. But, I could not find row of icons on the top screen. Can you please help in locating it?

U can See the Icons toolbar GO TO : View Menu > select Toolbar

To Install Material UI theme :

FileMenu > Settings > Plugins > Browse Repositories > Search For Material Theme UI

After That Restart PHP Storm

Then Do Activate Toolbar IN the Toolbar Check Last But one To Change the Theme

to Change the Font Style and Theme

File Menu>Settings>Editor>Colors & Fonts > Font >

On the Right Side Select Scheme With Material Theme UI

All the Themes Give Quite a Good Look to the Editor And Coding.
