Using Forge API to obtain SSL certificates for custom domains?

Hello everyone.

Imagine a SaaS which has a custom domains feature. And each domain needs to have an SSL.

Would it be a great idea to use Forge API for this, or it has some drawbacks? https://forge.laravel.com/api-documentation#obtain-a-letsencrypt-certificate

I saw multiple people use Caddy for this purpose, but maybe it would be simpler to do this via Forge API?

That is the point of Forge API. You can automate long and tedious items. In my book, it is a great idea that I use also.
