Mailgun to Postmark

Hi all,

Hope this helps someone out one day. I recently switched to Postmark because I found Mailgun's dashboard and pricing a little confusing.

I followed all the documentation and was having trouble getting everything to work in production. Local worked fine but after I deployed to Forge it seemed to not recognize the authentication. Almost like it was still looking for the Mailgun credentials.

Turns out I had to restart the queue in Forge. After I did that it's all good.

Indeed. When a queue worker is started, it loads the application into memory. So for any changes (such as configuration) to be detected, the queue worker needs stopping and restarting to pick pick up those new changes.
