GuzzleHttp\Exception\ConnectException: cURL error 7

Hello

On my production server I sometimes get jobs which are failing who communicate with external API's. I then receive the GuzzleHttp\Exception\ConnectException: cURL error 7 error. It usually fixes by restarting the server but then starts popping up again after some time.

I'm unable to identify the issue and was wondering if anyone of you had this issue before.
