Forge Queues- Failed jobs attempted too many times or too long

Hello! I'm deploying many jobs over my forge queue perhaps around 2k tasks. Im encountering failed jobs

Illuminate\Queue\MaxAttemptsExceededException: App\Jobs\return***********Job has been attempted too many times or run too long. The job may have previously timed out.

To reduce the wait i've:

1. Increased the number of workers
2. set the maximum seconds per job at 0, which according to forge means no timeout,
3. Tries is set at 1. (should I increase to 3 or 5)

Any tips?
