Cannot connect to server, anything new?

For some days, i cannot connect to the server of forge. Until a few days ago, everything worked fine, but now i get a error message

 ssh [email protected] -i c:\Users\Sascha\.ssh\id_rsa
ssh: connect to host xx.xxx.xx.xx port 22: Connection refused

Before, i used this command without the -i option and this lead to the same error. WinSCP cannot connect either and phpStorm also not connecting to the remote server.

I triple-double checked the ip, it is correct.

I have no way now to connect to the server and do things. Is there anything changed in the past days? What do have to do?

I already tried to renew the ssh key, but that had no effect. Please help, i need to maintain that server. (I have only 1 server on forge).
