Hmm - that doesn't sound right. This would/should only happen if you come back to a thread after leaving the page up for a decent amount of time.

Page Expire Pretty Fast
Is anyone else experiencing a page expiration issue when participating in discussions? I can open a discussion and type my response, but once I submit it, a “page expired” popup appears.

Noticed it briefly two days ago, but yesterday it was very obvious. I had just opened a discussion and had only been typing for about 3–5 minutes when suddenly the “Page Expired” popup appeared. Will observe more carefully next time.

Are you sure your internet provider was up the whole time, could have been having issues.

It was actually up. I think i get the error when i click the submit button after typing for the amount of minutes mentioned. Will be observing it more carefully henceforth.
