I have the same issue, I opened a support ticket so hopefully its fixed soon, no matter how many times I disable those pesky captions the next video they're back on :D

Why do I have to turn off Captions on every video?
Captions are turned on by default and I have to turn it off every time the next video starts. At least remember my choice for the session.
