Connection Timed Out (522)

Hello Everybody

I have been facing a strange issue since 2 weeks now, It was reported to me by my client that he seems to getting quite a lot of "Connection Timed Out" Errors, And since then i have been trying to solve the issue but haven't gotten anywhere, I am on Hostinger KVM 2 VPS using AlmaLinux2, I have WHM installed and my Laravel website on it, We have been using Hostinger for about 8 months but never did get such an error and suddenly 2 weeks ago this started I have checked Appache, PHP-FPM logs, website logs but nothing, There is no sign of error however i did find out that there was an error coming continuously for about 5 months now "Max Children Reached", I checked and they were set to 5 and i did increase them to 20 because there was enough RAM available on the server and since then i have been optimising my website, tuning the PHP-FPM but nothing resolved so far, There are no spikes in CPU, Memory or Ram usage, At this point i don't know what to check - Site is behind Cloudflare It would be great if any of you could point me in the right direction
