Scrollbar color

When wanting to scroll, due to the dark color, it's hard to tell where to grab the scrollbar. If missed you scroll way down or up. Any way to tweak the color prior to scroll? Like lighter.

Once scrolling it is light grey, and that is fine.

Also once selected it goes light grey, but if on hover instead it would be easier to know you are on the scrollbar. Currently you have to click and hope you get it at the correct place. Thanks.
