First, I want to say I really love the site and all the tutorials. Top notch stuff!
I think it would be a great addition to the site to add quizzes/exams at the end of a tutorial to solidify your leaning experience.
Also, some open-ended coding projects at different levels to test what you’ve learned on the site. People who may or may not have a coding degree could definitely benefit from putting together a project based on an “imaginary” employer to make sure they are ready for real world coding scenarios.
For me, I hope this doesn't happen for one simple reason; opportunity cost. I'd rather have the laracasts team spend their limited time creating more content, rather than developing exams.
If you want to test your understanding, try building something similar to what you learned, without copy pasting.
If you want projects, the internet is full of ideas. A simple Google search is sufficient. But you are better off working on a project that is personally beneficial or meaningful rather than some random idea.
