Uploading images
On many forums such as Acronis forum (Acronis True Image), and the Freecad forum, and McAfee forum you can directly upload an image and display it in the post.
@jeffreyway can you implement that here on this forum, to include a scan for viruses and malware?
It is kind of a pain to first upload to imgur, get link, then put it here.
Just a suggestion I hope you will consider.

I guess we could. Though, I sort of like how the reply form is just vanilla text or Markdown. For a programming forum, you very rarely need to upload an image, and I want to avoid those scenarios where folks just screenshot their code.

@JeffreyWay I know I see a lot of images. But I think the problem is you don't know where that image is hosted and you right click on it to view image better, no telling what site you're taken to.
It would even be good to disallow external image links, rather have images uploaded scan for viruses that way you know they are good and safe.
