Cannot connect to machine after setting up VPN

I have a machine on my local network running Ubuntu Server and when I connect to NordVPN on it, the SSH connection drops and I am not able to get back in. All of the web services I'm running I can still access from their respective ports, but the SSH connection is gone.

Of course it does, it's on another network when you activate vpn.
