Vuejs takes control over other Javascript plugins

I'm working on a project that I used Inertia for the first time and it is really great but because it uses Vuejs it will break some functionality of the template.

I used this template for my project:

For example when I put this template as my layout inside Vuejs component the user drop down (at top right corner that has an avatar) won't work.

I think other JavaScript component parts has the same issue.

I do not know how to fix that. any idea?
