I guess if you're using Flutter that's a reason to learn Dart. If I am not mistaken that's the language behind it.

People use and talk about new technologies over here in Laracast, but does anyone use Dart for anything these days? Is there a reason to learn Dart today? (Dart.dev)

Right. It’s mainly used for flutter development, but dart code can be converted into vanilla js, and that seamed to be a good feature, but i think nobody uses it.
