Did you figure this out by chance? I have the same issue. The entire loads up just fine, but the web hooks from the subscription provider come back as 403 errors. I have tried everything for the last few days.

Payment provider experiencing a 403 forbidden when attempting to post to webhook
Our online payment provider is experiencing a 403 error when trying to give feedback from a transaction. The NGINX logs show the provider trying 3 times then stopping.
I'm a little stumped as when copying the request and sending via postman on my machine the request succeeds. What other trouble shooting steps can I take?
