Help me to setup reward points in Laravel

Hi laracasts community i have project called Recyclable Management Website with Reward System. my problem is i dont know how to create a rewards system that only those have a user roles in laravel, the goal of the rewards system is to give a new user a default points and the admin can give a points for those user who participate on the segregation reports and the point well add. Pls help me in this project thank you so much.
